At DEGOM Marketing, we commit ourselves to honesty and personal accountability in our work. As a provider of digital marketing and web design services to our clients, we constantly strive to achieve higher brand awareness, improved traffic and conversions, and positive return on investment for our clients’ business while adhering to the following Code of Ethics:
1: We will always work to increase or retain your conversions and return on investment for our clients' marketing efforts to the best of our ability.
We will stay ahead of the trends, and keep pace with the evolution of marketing tactics and changing website advancements.
2: We will treat all clients fairly and equally.
When we provide services for clients in any industries, we will do so fairly and equally. We will be diligent in ensuring we are distributing our clients’ campaign efforts fairly. When necessary, we may assign the accounts being managed by separate marketing account managers and marketing specialists.
3: We will not set unreasonable goals for our clients.
We will set realistic expectations and goals for our services and will not make unreasonable promises. We will express honesty in discussing the types of results that can be realistically expected and those that cannot.
4: We will maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of our clients.
We will not disclose information about any client’s business or discuss our marketing efforts, including any lead information, or intellectual property without written consent from the client.
5: We will not engage in any activities that intentionally causes harm to a client's business.
We will work to ensure that the processes we use for marketing and web design is all white hat. We will never knowingly use tactics or techniques that are known to get sites or accounts penalized or removed.
6: We will not intentionally violate any governmental laws.
We will do our research to ensure we are not violating any copyright laws or infringing on trademarks. We ensure our practices are in line with local, state and international areas.
7: We will not misrepresent our services or ourselves.
We will be truthful in relaying all details of marketing and web design services, methods, skills, training, performance history, and resources. Additionally, never intentionally mislead our clients on related details.
8: We will not intentionally deceive or mislead consumers.
We will strive to make sure we do not misrepresent the client or display inaccurate information on the client’s behalf either within advertisements or within the client’s website.
9: We will provide all clients with adequate communication avenues.
This includes the publishing of our email and phone number information so it is easily found on our website. We vow to be available to contact every day of the week and will ensure that clients have the appropriate personnel that can answer inquires in a timely manner.
