As you’ve figured from these titles, these will help you choose relevant keywords for your web pages and let you know where you could improve your page properties to rank more highly for these words.

It’s worth noting that Google has recently extended the length of these text snippets from around 160 characters to 230 on average, indicating that even if you do write your own meta descriptions you might need to update these. It’s good practice to review these every month or so for your most important pages. If you do not have an SEO strategy set in place, your website will never receive the website traffic potential it can acheive.


Improve Existing Pages


Make sure every page is working towards your goals – whether it’s receiving inquiries, raising your credibility, or gaining online sales. This is as easy as making sure there’s a call to action on all your pages – for instance, at the end of your blogs, guide the reader to another relevant post they might find appealing. Keep reminding customers that they can contact you for more information, with a link to your contact page or email address. Having a mobile-friendly website is absolutely a must-have in the digital space. Over 80% of internet users own a smartphone and this stat is growing. Google has even said that 61% of users are unlikely to return to a mobile site they had trouble accessing and 40% visit a competitor’s site instead.



If your mobile website optimized, we would recommend you take a look and try to navigate the website yourself whilst asking what will the customer be looking for? And does my experience allow them to do these things easily? Ask a current customer what they would like to see more on the website and take notes of their response.


If your website is e-commerce/Shopify based, then you want your mobile site’s navigation to be a straight-forward as possible. Try not to overwhelm your users with too many drop-down menu’s, text and images.
